Calculator and route inputs
Your Pal selections and route settings can be placed in the page URL so the state survives a reload or can be copied. That means the URL may appear in your browser history or in any service where you choose to share it. Do not put private information in these fields.
Browser storage and analytics
PalRoute uses Plausible Analytics to understand aggregate page views, outbound-link clicks, file downloads, and form submissions. The production site loads the analytics script from plausible.shipsolo.io. The service receives the request information needed to produce these measurements, which can include the visited page, referrer, browser or device information, and network-derived location data.
The current PalRoute product does not intentionally use localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, or service workers. The supplied Plausible configuration is intended to operate without persistent analytics cookies and is not used for behavioral advertising. Plausible and the operator of plausible.shipsolo.io apply their own processing and retention practices. Copy actions use the clipboard only after you select a copy control.
Hosting data
PalRoute is hosted on Cloudflare's network. Cloudflare may process standard request information such as IP address, user agent, request path, timestamps, and security or diagnostic logs to deliver and protect the service. PalRoute does not use that infrastructure to create user accounts or a behavioral advertising profile. Cloudflare's handling of infrastructure data is also governed by its own privacy terms and retention practices.
Email forwarding
Messages sent to the public PalRoute inbox are routed by Cloudflare Email Routing to the operator's Gmail mailbox. Email providers process the sender and recipient addresses, message content, attachments, and delivery metadata needed to forward and receive the message. Do not email passwords, save files, payment data, or other sensitive content.
Third-party links and contact
External links have their own privacy practices. For privacy questions, use the method listed on the contact page.
